PANS, PANDAS, and CPAE: Patient & Community Resources

We Are Here For You

We know that navigating a complex medical illness like PANS or PANDAS can feel like a lonely uphill battle. Between the medical gaslighting many families face and the overwhelming search for answers, we want you to know: You are not alone.

Our resources are designed to help families and physicians identify, understand, and treat the CPAE disease spectrum. By providing evidence-based education and clear pathways to care, we’re working to bring pediatric neuroinflammation to the forefront of medicine.

  • Multi-Disciplinary PANS/PANDAS Clinics

Finding the right path to a PANS/PANDAS diagnosis shouldn't be a mystery. The PACE Foundation has collaborated with top-tier medical institutions to build a network of specialized clinics. These centers provide the multidisciplinary care essential for treating complex neuroimmune triggers.

Even if you aren't local, these clinics can often advise your current providers on evidence-based treatment protocols.

  • PPN Practitioner Directory

Need a PANDAS specialist near you? The PANDAS Physicians Network (PPN) provides a directory of practitioners who have self-identified as experts in treating PANS and PANDAS. This peer-to-peer network helps you find professionals who understand the urgency of pediatric neuropsychiatric symptoms.

Note: A practitioners inclusion in the directory is not an endorsement or a warranty of the doctors and medical professionals or the care they provide. One should make every effort to determine what level of expertise is needed and offered.
